The activity of the Women's Committee of Middle Verbano is intended to:
promote CRI's image and activities,raise funds for the Committee's many activities(purchase of vehicles, equipment and sanitary materials to be used to serve the people of their territory ).
collaborate to the disclosure of the Red Cross image and principles through demonstrations and access to the media, in accordance with directives issued by the central units of the CRI
prepare and deliver food parcels for families in difficulty,supplies coming from the AGEA program and food donations.
volunteerly assist the elderly at the Bernacchi nursing home of Gavirate and the inmates of Cottolengo institute of Varese.
